El Celler de Can Roca - The "Terra Animada" Project
Flowers, plants and roots from the mountains of Andorra from the perspective of El Celler de Can Roca.
El Celler de Can Roca embarked on its botanical project some time ago alongside botanist and scientist Evarist March. During all these years they have teamed up to scrutinise all the edible vegetation around El Celler to be used in their kitchens, cooking up lesser known parts of the plants to produce a different kind of cuisine that reflects the local landscape.
Roca's talk will demonstrate that this technique can be applied to all locations, and he will be transporting it to Andorra and its mountains.
