Daduna Ghlonti is a renowned chef and ambassador for Georgian cuisine in Europe and Asia.

As the founder and director of the Skio restaurant, she specialises in showcasing the flavours of the Adjara and Imereti regions, particularly focusing on Georgian seafood cuisine. She is currently the creative director of the Gastronomic and Rural Tourism Association and has been a founding and board member of the Gastronomic Tourism Business Association since 2019. She also ran the Gastro School from 2018 to 2022.

Her work as a chef consultant has led her to collaborate with various restaurants, festivals, and audiovisual projects in Georgia, where she has contributed her culinary expertise and promoted the richness of Georgian cuisine.
