Emmanuel Renaut is one of the leading figures in international mountain cuisine.
As chef at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Flocons de Sel, he combines tradition and creativity with a strong connection to the Alpine region.
As well as his work as a chef, Renaut is the co-founder and president of Toquicimes, an annual event in Megève dedicated to mountain cuisine. Toquicimes brings together chefs, producers, artisans, and food lovers to celebrate high-altitude cuisine, local produce, and sustainability. Through this project, Renaut further strengthens his commitment to promoting the culinary culture of mountain regions and its evolution towards the future.
