Thierry Burton
Chef at Unnic (Andorra la Vella)

Born in Durbuy (Belgium) in 1965, Thierry Burton discovered his passion for cooking at the age of 14. He trained at the Spa Hotel School and never stopped cooking. He worked in several restaurants, including 'Comme chez Soi' in Brussels (3* Michelin).
At the age of 27, he moved to Tenerife, where he worked as sous chef at the Jardín Tropical and later as head chef at the Sir Anthony Hotel (5*GL). In 1997 he moved to Burgos, where he was in charge of the kitchens of several hotels and restaurants. In 2010, he moved to Burgos as chef of a private yacht, which allowed him to discover all the corners of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.
In October 2018, he settled in Andorra to work at the Hermitage Hotel until January 2023, when he will join the new Unnic Andorra project.
